Papon is currently an Associate at Baker McKenzie Bangkok in the Financial Services Practice Group. His practice focuses on private equity and venture capital financing, capital markets, corporate and securities related issues, mergers and acquisitions, as well as offshore investments and transactions. His current work includes representing many of Thailand’s leading companies in their business expansions via several high-profile cross-border acquisitions, in addition to supporting the recent growing demands of their venture capital practice.
Graduated from Cornell University’s Law School, Papon is a single handicap golfer and particularly enjoys snowboarding in the winter.
