Leroy has over 20 years of professional experience in business and IT advisory services. He is an executive director of Everiii and the Co-founder & CEO at Taiwan Startup Stadium. Leroy is also a partner at 43 Ventures as well as serving as a director and advisor for a number of startups. Previously, he was an Advisory partner at EY and has extensive experience in business operations, risk management, cybersecurity, and financial and internal controls. A graduate in computer/electronic engineering, accounting, laws and education, Leroy is also a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia.
