台灣新創競技場（TSS）今天公布轉型計畫，未來3年將透過「新創建設」新定位，打造可共享資源的亞洲創新創業聯盟，以台灣、日本、南韓、東南亞為首要市場。目前TSS的會員計畫以台灣科技創業、以國際市場為目標的公司為招收對象，只要會員公司定期回報近況，就能享有海外加速器推薦、企業、投資人、媒體等媒合資源及福利。自2016年成立至今，TSS新創會員活躍數量已成長到132家。

由台灣新創競技場（TSS, Taiwan Startup Stadium）舉辦的第三屆 Term Sheet Bootcamp （投資條件書實戰營）吸引了 25 家幸運新創（連續三年錄取率低於 50%）參與；這其中，過七成團隊都正在進行募資：「就算真的碰到投資人，我常根本不知道跟他從何談起，也不知道對方到底在想什麼。」 剛從和大學同窗共同創辦以機器學習進行動作捕捉技術應用的一位新創負責人在開始上課前接受 《Meet 創業小聚》 採訪時表示：「我看得懂幾萬行的程式碼，卻看不懂那厚厚一疊的法律文件到底在說什麼條件。」
