Florian Rustler, Founder at creaffective
Florian Rustler is founder of creaffective, consultant, bestselling author and keynote speaker. creaffective supports organizations worldwide to strengthen their capabilities for innovation and agility. He works with clients on the topics of innovation culture, innovation management and the transformation towards a more agile organization. Furthermore, he coaches innovation projects to develop new products, services and business models.

Mohit Lad, Co-Founder & CEO at ThousandEyes
Mohit Lad is co-founder and CEO at ThousandEyes, a San Francisco headquartered network performance management company that was recently acquired by Cisco for a reported One Billion US Dollars. Mohit and his co-founder started ThousandEyes with very little real world work experience, with $150k of US government funding and scaled it to 400+ employees globally, raising $100M+ of venture funding from the likes of Sequoia capital, Google Ventures, Salesforce Ventures among others. ThousandEyes has received various "best place to work" awards recognizing the strong employee engagement and culture. Currently Mohit is the General Manager of ThousandEyes business unit within Cisco.
