She relocated to Singapore in 2007 to lead NBC Universal’s corporate venture capital fund in Asia, Peacock Equity Fund. In 2010, Lauren joined The Nielsen Company as the regional head of Commercial Finance & Corporate Development, covering Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. During her time at Nielsen, Lauren led Nielsen’s entry into Myanmar in 2014 through a JV with MMRD, the largest market research company in Myanmar at the time. In 2015, Lauren co-led investment and strategic partnership discussions with INTAGE, a leading market research company in Japan.

Melvin is the Chief Medical Information Officer of Global Health Byte a medical tech company based in Singapore with a focus electronic medical records. He also double hats as co-founder of Radiology Advanced, a start-up tele-radiology company based in Berlin and Singapore focusing on radiology services and machine learning applications. As a clinician, Melvin is the Vice President (Operations) of Gleneagles Hospital Singapore, a 258 bed private hospital managed by the Parkway Pantai Group; Asia’s largest hospital operator. Melvin has also help previous appointments as the former executive director and CIO of OneCare Medical, a primary care clinic chain in Singapore and medical director of a medical evacuation company based in South East Asia.

He served as the investing director of the Solomon Global Holdings Inc., a venture capital firm specializing in growth stage investments. ShenFu is passionate in entrepreneurship and founded several startup companies and successfully led to IPO and M&A. ShengFu has multiple Master degrees in the Computer Science, MBA, and Instructional Design from Columbia University. He also holds a Ph.D. in the field of the Leadership and Organizational Change.

Ed Deng is the Co-Founder and CEO of Health2Sync; he co-founded Health2Sync after witnessing many in his family battle diabetes and learning what works in managing diabetes. Prior to Healt2Sync, Ed was Chief Marketing Officer of Hesine Technologies, an end-to-end push platform for mobile devices, which was acquired by NQ Mobile. Ed also helped found Merchantrun, an ecommerce enabler software provider that was acquired by 4PX of China. Ed started his career as an Investment Banker at Lehman Brothers’s Technology Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Palo Alto, CA. Ed obtained a BS in Finance from McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia.

Upon receiving her MBA degree from University of Washington, Seattle, Cortilia Lin worked on a variety of projects including new venture creation and investment raising in the field of medical device. Her first position at Philips Healthcare was to play the role as an internal consultant via customer insights to strategize marketing plans and customer journey design for more than 30 lines of project across 17 key geographies. With success, she was recruited for Director of Customer and Brand Intelligence in Amsterdam, where she integrated advanced big data analytics in the customer and brand insights to further support 3-5 year strategic plans. Employing bioinformatics techniques to enable innovative brand and market entry strategy has become her key strength.
